Orders/postage  will be for processed  every Tuesday and Thursday, and sent as parcels taking on AVERAGE 3-5 DAYS.

We can not open cases into missing orders until 10 days from dispatch. 

Tracking numbers will not be provided unless item are missing. (this may be amended shortly bear with us) 

Please do not give out our new password.

We have the right to refuse or refund any orders. 

Please use your same email and contact details as you have used previously. If we do not recognise your name/email/address/postcode you may be refunded and will not receive your items. ​
